Early Season Success!

The team is having tremendous early season success across all categories.  There have been numerous podium finishes and an incredible amount of top ten finishes.  Congrats to Mark Mirante for clinching the Cat 4 Mason Lake series and for top finishes at the Tour de Dung races.  Also a win from Bart Heer and second from Jill Bodnar, with top finishes from Jordan Rasmussen prove we have a deep array of talent.  Mark has already upgraded to Category 3 and Jordan won’t be far behind, electing to join the higher degrees of suffering that goes along with the challenge.  Several others will soon be in the Cat 3 ranks and will provide team support for Wes Wahlin and Sean Philips.  Cat 5 men are also upgrading to fill the void in the Cat 4 ranks.

In the women’s cateogry 4, there is an incredible comraderie being built and the results are beginning to prove it.  The new riders are showing thier skills and being competitive in the peloton.  Mirna continues to steadily improve as she gets her race legs on, with Kelly showing us some real talent bubbling up.  As other racers get into the season, it’s going to be great to see the women’s squad influence the race.
