Biography

While living in San Diego, Anthony needed to find something to take his mind off of all the sunshine, palm trees, and lack of skiing. He took up the road bike in 2007, and began riding with his wife, Sarah, and several friends. Riding with the San Diego Bicycle Club helped to develop an enjoyment for riding into a passion. After returning back to Seattle in 2010, Anthony decided to give road racing a try and joined the SCCA/Starbucks Cycling team.

Anthony was a ride leader for the development rides with the San Diego Bicycle Club, and loves introducing people to the wonderful world of road riding and racing. He was the founder of his high school mountain bike club, and enjoys some time in the dirt, as well. His favorite riding can be found in the hills/mountains of SoCal (Great Western Loop), where fenders are not required.
