Biography
Charles’s love affair with all things connected to cycling has existed for a long time-from his childhood in Michigan to his numerous years of cycling the roads of Washington state. For years he confined his competitive efforts to nordic ski racing until two years ago when he discovered the adrenalin rush of cycle racing. He loves the camaraderie, the thrill of rolling out with the peleton, and the challenge of staying with the pack. With what little time is left after training and racing he enjoys playing the violin, nordic skiing, hiking, and wilderness canoeing.
