Biography
In his third season on the team, Ed has finally found the training approach that works best for him and is truly enjoying racing this season. While road racing is enjoyable, Ed’s true joy is track racing. For this reason, Ed has found that winter is a good time to rest and relax, with real training starting around the time the Washington road racing season starts in March. Summer is full of racing at the Marymoor velodrome. When track season ends in early September Ed welcomes the start of CX season, racing into late November.
Having reached his 2010 goal of upgrading to Cat3 at the track, Ed is considering attending Masters Track Nationals in early September.
