Biography

Jumping BMX at age 6 in Minnesota, hitting 40 MPH down mountain trails at 14 in SoCal it only seemed obvious to get into road bike racing after moving to Austin, Texas. When I told my girlfriend that I only shave my legs during race season she said that I should race all year… Now married; Helen and I love to go to races. The road racing community is awesome and I’m honored to be racing with Starbucks and Race4AReason.org. Both my step father and father are survivors of cancer and I hope to make a difference this year in the community with our charity events.
